Poppy is a character that was shown in both the manga, & anime. While he was shown several times in the manga, his only appearances in the anime were the 3 OVAs.
Description
He is a boy who has the power of telekinesis which is shown in the 1st OVA. He has purple hair, a blue shirt, & has purple swirls on his face. He rarely is ever known to have smiled, but is a friend to Chacha, especially in the manga.
